Hat Filler

Hat Sizing: Please be sure to measure your head size before purchasing.  Please do not refer to a hat you have purchased in the past – the hat centimeter sizing will be stated under each product in the description.

To figure out your hat size, measure your head with a tape measure about 1-2cm above your eyebrows where you want your hat to rest (a piece of string, phone charger or anything you can measure against a ruler will also work)

Hat Size Guide:

S = 54 cm – If you measure smaller than this, please add hat filler to your order to custom fit your hat

S-M = 55 cm , 56 cm – If you measure smaller than this, please add hat filler to your order to custom fit your hat

M-L = 57 cm – This is our standard or “average” head size. Most of the range is available in this size.  If you prefer a more snug fit, please add hat filler to your order to custom fit your hat

L-XL = 59 cm- Most of the range is available in this size.  If you measure 58cm or If you prefer a more snug fit please add hat filler to your order to custom fit your hat

XL-XXL = 61 cm – Most of our Wide brims & Mens range is available in this size

2XL-3XL = 62 cm – 63 cm – Limited styles available in this size Hat Filler: 

Hat filler is an absolute game changer to ensure your hat is the best fit for you.  If you like the feeling of a snug, fitted hat for those extra windy beach days or dancing away at a music festival then hat filler is for you. If you think you may be in between sizes, we suggest to size up and add hat filler to your order for only $2

• Hat filler is a soft, comfortable foam adhesive which sticks to the underside of the sweat band on the inside of the hat and can reduce the hat circumference by up to 2-3cm
• One filler will be enough for one to two hats.
• The hat filler will last the lifetime of the hat
