We ship with trusted New Zealand carriers NZ Post and Aramex to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Please allow a few additional days for rural deliveries and during busy seasonal periods.

- Hats (or hats + sunglasses): $50 NZD
Please select the Hat Shipping option if your order includes hats. Due to their size, hats are shipped in protective cartons and incur higher shipping costs.
United States
Shipping Rates
- Sunglasses: $110 NZD
- Hats (or hats + sunglasses): $145 NZD
Please select the Hat Shipping option if your order includes hats, as additional packaging and freight charges apply.
Rest of the World
Shipping Rates
- Sunglasses: $75 NZD
- Hats (or hats + sunglasses): $105 NZD
Please select the Hat Shipping option if your order includes hats, as they require larger packaging and higher international freight costs.
Delivery Timeframes
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customs & Duties
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Parcel
After you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking number is from NZ Post, simply copy and paste it into the search bar on their tracking page to check your parcel’s status.
Wholesale Customers: These shipping rates do not apply to wholesale customers. Please head over to the Wholesale Info page or get in touch if you have any questions about wholesale shipping.
Returns
Return Policy
If you find that the fit of your hat or sunglasses isn’t quite right, or if you’re not fully satisfied with your Electric Pukeko purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Our return postal address is C/O Electric Pukeko, PO Box 92 Amberley, 103 Carters Road 7410
- Returned products must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and hang tags intact.
- Modified or damaged products, or those that have been misused, will not be accepted under our return policy.
Once we receive your return, we will issue an online store credit for the value of your order (minus shipping costs) to use on the website for the correct size or an alternative product/style. This will be automatically emailed to you via our website so please check your spam folders and wait up to 3 days once your return has been received for the store credit to be processed.
We only issue refunds on faulty items, not change of mind or wrong size. If your item is faulty, please email an image to sales@electricpukeko.co.nz with your order details.
Sale items are final and are not to be returned or exchanged.
Please keep this in mind when placing your order on our website. At the checkout you will be prompted to agree with our terms and conditions before purchasing.
Please note only products purchased directly from www.electricpukeko.co.nz are accepted through our returns policy. If you have purchased your product from an approved Electric Pukeko retailer, please return your item to the place of purchase.
Airpoints Store / other Exchange Policy
If you purchased an item from the Air New Zealand Airpoints Store using Airpoints dollars and would like to exchange it, we can offer you a store credit for the item’s value to use on our website.
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept multiple payment options for your convenience:
Paypal & Credit card – You will be taken directly to the Paypal gateway, if you don’t have a Paypal account you can bypass Paypal and just pay with your credit card.
POLi Pay – POLi is a great alternative to credit & debit cards when you’re purchasing online. We provide a quick, secure & free payment option by connecting you to your bank. You don’t need to register – just follow the prompts when you go to pay.

Warranty
Warranty Policy
At Electric Pukeko, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-month (180 days) warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective, we will repair it at no cost to you. If the item cannot be repaired satisfactorily, we will replace it free of charge. Should the exact item no longer be available, a product of the same or similar style and/or color will be provided.
This warranty applies only to items sold at full price — discounted or reduced-price items are excluded.
Please note, our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents or misuse

Lack of care or normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, untying ribbons/bows)

Loss or theft

Scratches or damage from improper use (e.g., scratched or blistered sunglass lenses, broken wooden arms)
To protect your sunglasses, please use the provided case and bag. Any alterations, misuse, or abuse of the product will void this warranty.
Warranty decisions are at the sole discretion of Electric Pukeko.
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase from www.electricpukeko.co.nz or an approved New Zealand retailer. If you don’t have your receipt, a screenshot of your bank transaction from the store or website is acceptable.
